After launching Bartender all the Menu Bar icons ore in a strange different order.
With Bartender you can now manually rearrange the menu bar icons, this feature is still very new and we are still working on getting it perfect. If you want to arrange the icons as you want simply CMD+Drag a menu bar item to the location you want. after this is will stay in this placement.
