Organize your menu bar apps
From Little Snitch 3.1 there has been a new security feature added that prevents Bartender from working with it by default.
You can still get Bartender working with Little Snitch by disabling this new option, this obviously is up to you.
If you do want LittleSnitch to work with Bartender you will have to allow Scripting Additions in Little Snitch Preferences, please see image below:
